Personalized sales and support is the foundation of Sanesco's commitment to practitioners. From the first point of contact, we provide practitioners with four levels of support:

  • Comprehensive product information
  • On-site training
  • On-demand technical and professional support
  • Ongoing professional guidance and continuing education to practitioners and their staffs.

Our sales team consists of well-trained representatives who possess extensive product knowledge about our tests and therapeutic formulas and are committed to building long-standing practitioner relationships. Following the establishment of each practitioner account, a field educator provides on-site training to help the practitioner and staff integrate Sanesco's products into their clinical practice.

Clinical Support

Our on-demand Clinical Support is available to answer day-to-day questions that may arise concerning the interpretation of patient test results and the formulation of individualized therapeutic options. They also provide Practical Application Training (PAT) as well as in-depth In-services upon request. Sanesco's professional staff of medical doctors, staff doctors and certified nutritionists are available for consultations whenever necessary. Finally, Sanesco is committed to providing practitioners with ongoing education in the emerging field of nutritional neuroscience through expert guidance, training, teleconferences, workshops, seminars, and a library of resource materials.
